The 49th Annual Chadds Ford Days celebrates the Battle of the Brandywine and the rich heritage of the Brandywine Valley with Colonial demonstrators, arts and crafts, great live entertainment, food and beverages and even a visit by General Washington himself!! This is just the start of fun at the Society this season. On October 23rd- 25th, The Great Pumpkin Carve brings dozens of carvers to the Visitor Center grounds to sculpt ghouls, goblins, haunted houses and ghosts which are lit up in their spooky splendor! Candlelight Christmas showcases nearly two dozen historic homes in the Chadds Ford area, decked out in their holiday glory.
